Meet Sutton. The Heart Behind the Sutton Strong Golf Outing ❤️

Some people change the way you see the world. My cousin Sutton is one of those people.

Sutton was born with Angelman Syndrome, a rare neuro-genetic disorder that affects speech, movement, balance, and development. But what you’ll notice first isn’t her diagnosis, it’s her smile, determination, and the joy she brings to everyone around her.

Our family’s tradition of giving back began decades ago when my dad, Joe Bologna, started a golf outing in honor of my cousin Paulie. Today, that tradition lives on through the Sutton Strong Golf Outing, raising money for Angelman Syndrome research and family support. Even better, 100% of every dollar raised goes directly to the cause.

Sutton’s family has taught us a beautiful word: “inchstones.” The small victories that represent incredible courage, hard work, and hope. She’s reminded all of us that the biggest accomplishments often come one small step at a time.

🔔 A few important things to know:
• We save tables for walk-ins, so don’t be shy if you’re nearby
• Last-minute cancellations do happen, so keep checking the reservation link—tables may open up even if it looked full when you checked prior.
• Sunday 2/15 is a great option if your preferred time on Friday or Saturday isn’t available. Currently have also availability on Thursday February 12th.

Our newest House Red and House White come from Abruzzo, Italy—a rugged, sun-kissed region where mountains meet the sea, and where my wife’s family traces its roots. These bottles aren’t just pours; they’re a nod to family tables, long dinners, and the kind of hospitality where everyone is treated like they belong.

The new House Red is Marramiero Montepulciano d’Abruzzo—bold, rustic, and effortlessly drinkable. If you enjoy a Cabernet Sauvignon or Malbec, this is Italy’s warmer, food-friendly cousin.

The new House White is Marramiero Trebbiano d’Abruzzo—clean, fresh, and bright. Think Pinot Grigio with more body and a crisp, dinner-ready finish.

To celebrate, we’re pouring both during Aperitivo Happy Hour for $6 per 5oz pour (regularly $9 per glass)—the perfect way to ease into the evening.

We’re also excited to introduce new pours:

• Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi – bright and mineral, like a Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay had a very elegant Italian baby
