Introducing Char’s Signature Wine! 🍷 Exclusively blended and bottled for Char by Vokel Cellars, this 2023 Malbec Blend features 80% Malbec, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 10% Merlot from Sonoma’s Dry Creek Valley.
On the Nose it highlights the ripe dark fruits such as plum, blackberry, and black cherry. The fruit-forward notes are backed up by savory notes of graphite and to***co leaf and balanced by a judicious oak treatment, contributing a touch of cedar and mocha.
On the Palate, it continues with the dark fruit core, black currant, plums, and a touch of ripe red berries. The structure is nearly full-bodied with a lifting acidity and persistent but soft tannins, mellowed by the oak, all making an incredible complement to any of the Certified Angus Steaks on the menu.
