What started as a dream turned into something bigger than we ever imagined. As the daughter of immigrants, this journey hasn’t been easy—but it’s been worth every early morning, and every challenge along the way. This wasn’t just about opening a restaurant…it was about honoring our roots, our culture, and the sacrifices that made this possible.
To our Rochester community—thank you for taking a chance on us, for showing up, for spreading the love, and for making La Salvi feel like home. You’ve supported us, celebrated with us, and reminded us why we do this every single week.
