Meet our latest limited release and last month’s Mirage Coffee Club Drop 007: Panama Los Pozos | Dynamic Cherry Geisha. ☕️✨

This rare Geisha from Finca Los Pozos, produced in partnership with Creativa Coffee District, undergoes anaerobic fermentation before a slow, controlled drying process — bringing out a beautifully fruit-forward yet delicate cup.

Expect notes of red berries, lime, and hibiscus tea with sparkling clarity and complexity. 🍋‍🟩🌺

Now available on our pour-over menu with the same special presentation as our Peru Geisha, and by the 8oz bag in-store + online at www.docr.coffee.

Your fall favorite is back. We have a creamy pumpkin cheesecake topped with a fluffy pumpkin mousse, a sprinkle of pumpkin spice, and whipped cutie mousse dollops in a crispy graham cracker crust. Pairs well with: everything. …but especially cider mill plans and open-window sleeping.
