Pearson’s Appreciation Post: this is such a cool spot. It’s a coffee shop (with a coffee guy who has a SRFUS-level obsession with coffee), a cafe with a quirky/delicious menu, a bread and pastry bakery, a retail shop with curated sundries, and now a relationship . Also, the Swan family has committed to making the space available in the evenings for chefs to host events like the one we’re doing in Our Nephew Earnest. Everyone has been so kind and accommodating, and it’s a great vibe. You should check it out, even if you’re not coming for our dinner.
