Let me address the elephant in the room. A lot of customers have voiced their fair opinion on some of our former menu items especially Burgers and steak and shrimp subs.

1.When we made these items we used union street bakery in the public market and their price and quality was unmatched. I have yet to find a decent replacement and a supplier.

2. In doing these items the love effort and ex*****on of these masterpieces since they were made to order took a fair amount of time. And most hungry people aren’t going out to eat just so they can wait. If your hungry your hungry and our size/equipment was not enough during busy times.
It turns people off

3. Don’t put me in a box. Although you might dream of those works of art. I ponder new flavors everyday. I am a food artist not a cook. and all artist need to create. Enjoy the beautiful work. (Don’t go to a concert and do song request). It was a beautiful time. I know the steak subs and burgers go crazy but just hold on to the memories for now. You’ll be alright. And tell my story when someone mentions one 😩

4. These items will be on a random
Friday menu in the future. They are gone but not lost forever. Think of it as a Jordan release. We will announce it on our social media so please go like and follow to stay ahead of your cravings
