With so many kids staying at the House, you can imagine how quickly our snack shelves get depleted!

This week, we could especially use individually packaged, grab-and-go snacks like granola bars, crackers, chips, fruit snacks and other kid-friendly favorites. 💛

Back-to-school shopping looks a little different when your family is away from home.

At our recent Back to School Bash, families were able to pick out school supplies, clothing and other essentials without having to find time for another shopping trip.

Most left with multiple bags in hand—and one of our favorite parts was watching families help one another dig through donations to find just the right sizes and supplies. ❤️

A little less to worry about and a lot of excitement for the school year ahead!

From longtime Board and committee members to dedicated volunteers and supporters, Mayo Clinic employees have been woven into our mission in countless ways—sharing their expertise, ideas and time to help us better serve families.

The Ronald McDonald Family Room at Mayo Clinic Hospital – Saint Marys Campus recently reached an exciting milestone: six months of caring for families. ❤️

In those first six months, we welcomed more than 5,000 family check-ins.

That’s thousands of opportunities to grab a meal, do a load of laundry, rest, recharge or simply step away from the hospital environment for a little while—all while staying close to a loved one receiving care.

More than anything, 5,000+ check-ins is an incredible reminder of just how much this space was needed and the difference it is making every day.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the Family Room possible and continues to support the families who walk through its doors. 💛
