Our popular in-person Espresso and Espresso & Milk classes are back! ☕️

Beginning this fall, we’re offering a full lineup of hands-on classes designed to help you build your skills and brew better coffee at home. With classes scheduled throughout the fall and into early 2027, they also make a great holiday gift for the coffee lover in your life.

Each class is taught by certified Coffee Q Grader Collin Bay of First Crack Coffee . Class sizes are intentionally kept small, giving everyone plenty of time for questions, practice, and individual instruction.

Our latest release from Oaxaca has arrived, bringing back a coffee that left a lasting impression on all of us. Carefully cultivated by Doña Dionisia in the mountains of southern Mexico, this fully washed micro-lot offers a refined cup with bright acidity and notes of plum, cinnamon, vanilla, and green tea.

As a member of a cooperative of Zapotec women, Doña Dionisia helps preserve generations of tradition while producing exceptional coffee. Featuring the renowned Marsellesa varietal, this lot delivers remarkable balance, clarity, and complexity. If you enjoyed it before, you’ll be happy to see it return.
