2026 is a special year. The country will celebrate its 250th "Birthday" and on September 12, 2026 Red Fedele's Brook House will be celebrating its 50th Anniversary!!
In 1976 Philip "Red" Fedele took a chance and left his corporate job at XEROX to follow his heart and become a restaurant owner. Pretty certain nobody ( probably including Red himself) could have predicted how things have turned out over the last 50 years in business.
As we go throughout this year we will be posting more often, maybe a bit more in depth of this journey which would not be possible with out the support of his children and their families and our staff over the years
Also, NONE of this would be possible without our customers.
This post is really for our customers. What were you doing in 1976? Any memories of the Original Brook House? Any pictures of the original Brook House ...by the way no cell phones back in 1976, no Face Book memories will pop up so I am interested to see what comments, memories, pictures you might have of the Original Red Fedeles Brook House :)
