Greetings Rochester!!

So I don’t do this often but every once in a while something comes along that is profound enough to warrant acknowledgment. For the last 10 years here at Charlie’s, almost every day there has been one face in that take out window, and the name…is Patches. Patches joined our family when he was only 17 years old and has run the Charlie’s line for a better part of the last 10 years. Today his watch will end as he moves on to a new career.
To my main man Patchy, It has been an absolute pleasure and honor to watch you grow into the cook, the man, and the amazing father you are today. You have been a cornerstone to Charlie’s. Diligent, tenacious, and loyal. You are and always will be a huge part of the Charlie’s family. Please know that we have a great crew here behind you, ready to pick up the slack and take the mantle you’ve held for so long now, but your absence will definitely and profoundly be felt and missed. I love you brother and wish you nothing but the best for you and your family as you embark towards your future in your new career.
And for all you Charlie’s faithful! If you feel so inclined, please feel free to swing by today, his last day here at Charlie’s, to say good bye to an absolute legend!

Greetings Rochester!!

We would like to let y’all know we will be closed on Saturday, July 4th to allow my staff and I to celebrate America’s 250th year celebration with their friends and families! We will be open our normal hours on Friday July 3rd and be reopening after the 4th on Tuesday July 7th at our normal time of 11:00am. We all here at Charlie’s would like to send a heartfelt thank you again to all our amazing customers. You all are the best and we love serving our dedicated Charlie’s family. We wish everyone out there a safe but fun holiday weekend! HAPPY BIRTHDAY USA!!!! 🇺🇸❤️🎆

Greetings Rochester!

Charlie’s of Rochester will be closing from April 21st through April 27th for our staff’s spring vacation. We will be reopening at our regular time of 11:00am on Tuesday, April 28th. Everyone here at Charlie’s would like to take this opportunity to express our deepest and sincere appreciation for all of our amazing and loyal customers. We love you Rochester! And we look forward to returning to service y’all when we get back from our break! Happy Spring!
