What do y’all think? Possibly new special…the Holley-Wood!!! It’s eggs, ham, sausage, bacon, jalapeños and pepper jack cheese and seared in a flour tortilla and served on a bed of freshly made homefries and topped with your choice of hollandaise or chipotle hollandaise🤤…should we do it? Which sauce would you choose?
