Hello Rochester. It is a beautiful Sunday morning. Massive thanks go out to for sending cheese samples. We are on the hunt for a new sharp cheddar. Stop in and taste test their two-year cheddar, farmstead cheese, and German quark. Quark!

Check out this photo of our storefront back in the 1970s. It was the Alamo Art gallery and Boutique, they made custom t-shirts and had a leather studio. Incredible find. Thank you David Tucker for sending this to me.
