🍽️ Grand ReOpening for the 2026-27 School Year! 🎉

Our students came back ready to impress, and they delivered! Today's menu was prepared entirely by our talented culinary students:

🧇 Cornbread waffle with chili con carne
🥩 Grilled marinated pork tenderloin with sweet potato mash and roasted Brussels sprouts
🍤 Fried sea scallops, so juicy and sweet!
🍗 Baked Statler chicken with golden beets
🥗 Tri-color quinoa salad with baby kale, craisins, feta, pecans, pickled red onions, and grilled chicken
🥟 Mini pu pu platter with crab rangoon egg roll, grilled Chinese sausage, and sticky wings

Oh so delicious! 😋 We couldn't be prouder of our students' skill, creativity, and teamwork. What a way to kick off the new year! 👏👨‍🍳👩‍🍳

We’re BEYOND excited—our 2026/27 school year restaurant is officially opening this Wednesday….(Tuesday for breakfast and short order)…Reservations recommended!

Okay, we’re a little giddy (okay, a lot giddy) because this is the part we’ve been working toward—bright smiles, big flavors, and the chance to serve our community while supporting our students in such a meaningful way. 💛

If you’ve ever wanted to jump in, cheer someone on, and enjoy a delicious lunch at the same time—this is your sign! 🙌
Bring a friend, make it a date, and come as much as you possibly can.

Every meal helps our students gain real experience, grow in confidence, and build skills that will last long after the plates are cleared. Thank you for being part of this—your support truly makes a difference.
