YOU GUYS! The treat that inspired the theme for the August box— behold the funnel cake cake truffle 😍
The outer coating is literal homemade funnel cakes that I ground down and toasted with butter & cinnamon sugar. The cake itself uses some of that oil from frying to enhance the funnel cake flavor and I think they are truly sensational!
While I didn’t include and pickle flavored items, I really think the state fair box is just as fun as going, but without all the crowds 😆

🍋🍓 Next up in the August box are the most delicious bars inspired by pink lemonade!
Some of you have definitely had my lemon drizzle bars, which are packed with lemon flavor and have the best dense & chewy texture. Think brownie, but lemon.
These ones are topped with a strawberry lemon glaze for a pink lemonade twist 🍓🍋

If you’ve never tried blueberry & corn together, let me be the one to introduce you. This pairing is peak summer magic ✨

These were originally meant to be cookies, but the night before cookie pickups, there was a cookie disaster 😳
We’re talking dozens of cookies melting into puddles of goo in the oven. I tried baking the dough into cookie cups & bars and nothing worked. After a quick pivot and many new batches of treats, we have these delicious blueberry corn bars!
There is a distinct corn flavor in these blondies thanks for ground freeze dried corn, texture from cornmeal and the tastiest, gooey blueberry swirl 🫐
Dare I say these are better than my original plan?

Last, but certainly not least in the July box we have Dublin Mudslide (which actually may or may not be discontinued? A delicious flavor, nonetheless!)
These treats took many rounds of testing— too much Irish cream flavor, not enough, over baked, underbaked, the list goes on. We ended up with something that I think is delicious and could only be made better with a scoop of the actual ice cream on top! We have a chewy yet gooey cookie bar with a pronounced Irish cream flavor and a rich, chocolate espresso fudge layer in the middle.
Wow, I loved July, but am already looking forward to the August box 🎡😉

My personal favorite from the July box! I love a cookie with a lot of texture & this one has it. Inspired by the flavor “This is Nuts”, we have a rich cookie loaded with chocolate chunks, roasted pistachios and chocolate covered almonds.
While everyone may not agree, I firmly believe nuts belong in cookies (but not brownies 😆)

The flavor graveyard box kicks things off with a cookie inspired by Fresh Georgia Peach… a flavor I wasn’t alive to try 🤪
These cookies have a distinct peach flavor, paired with chewy oats and creamy white chocolate for a truly special cookie!

🍦 The July box is inspired by the Flavor Graveyard— there were so many good options, I was spoiled for choice!

🌴🥥 This right here is my favorite item in the June box— it is the best coconut cake in truffle form. The cake not mixed with frosting when making them into truffles, so they aren’t overly sweet. Pure coconut heaven!

Sure feels like a good night for a key lime oat bar! I don’t know whether I like the chewy oat cookie or the zippy filling better— fortunately I don’t have to choose 😆
