My day yesterday before we even started Farmers Market prep. 😅

Thank goodness Papa was out of town, because I managed to take over every square inch of our baking and roasting space. Between muffins, scones, coffee brewing, and organized chaos, there wasn't an empty counter left in sight.

Small space. Big dreams. And somehow we're still finding ways to make it work. ☕🍪❤️

Four people. One small kitchen. A whole lot of coffee, cookies, scones, and dreams. ☕🍪

When we moved into this space, it felt huge. Now we're bumping elbows, sharing oven space, and playing a daily game of "where did I set that pan?" 😆

Watching our team outgrow this little baking and roasting space is one of those challenges we're incredibly grateful for. Every bag of coffee roasted, every scone baked, and every order packed is helping us build something bigger than we ever imagined.

It's crowded. It's chaotic. It's a little messy.

And we wouldn't trade it for anything.

This week is a big one for Papa's Roast Coffee!

☕ Monday - Friday | 6:45AM - 1PM
We're officially serving the hardworking crews with Gilbane Contractors at the Mayo Clinic Expansion site. We're kicking things off with a limited menu Monday and hoping to have our full menu rolling by Tuesday!

☕ Friday | 8AM - 11AM
Our summer pop-ups in Berne are back! Join us for Coffee in the Country at Berne Wood-Fired Pizza. Fresh coffee, fresh baked goods, and a beautiful country morning — open to the public and one of our favorite traditions of the summer.

☕ Saturday | 7:30AM - 12PM
Find us at the Rochester Farmers Market serving up your favorite drinks and baked treats.

Between the early mornings, new locations, trailer shuffling, and caffeine-fueled chaos... I think it's safe to say...

I need a coffee. 😉☕💚

Today, our original coffee trailer moves into a new semi-permanent home, where it will help feed and fuel the hardworking crews building the Mayo Clinic expansion.

What started as a dream on wheels has become part of something much bigger. We are incredibly honored for the opportunity to serve those helping shape the future of Rochester and excited to be a small part of this remarkable journey.
