You’ll learn the basics of extraction, how to nail down your grind size, and more.

We are excited to welcome Kenya Rianjagi to our shelves. This washed coffee is sweet, floral, and from the volcanic soils of Embu.✨✨

The Rianjagi Coffee Factory is located in Embu on the eastern slopes of Mt. Kenya, near Kirinyaga and Nyeri, two of Kenya’s best-known coffee regions. The co-op is made up mostly of women, who are largely responsible for maintaining the region’s high-quality coffees.

With tasting notes of honeysuckle, peach, and milk chocolate, it’s not one to miss.🍯🍫☕️

We created this course for you to learn how to make really fantastic coffee at home. You’ll leave this class knowing the basics of extraction, coffee ratios and recipes, and of course we’ll send you home with some coffee.
