Oh how time flies, happy 5 year anniversary today to the opening of Lighthouse Kitchen. A little bittersweet in how much we’ve grown and changed but still the same at our core. We are grateful to those that have supported us these years, and we have been able to bless others in turn. To the staff that has become part of the family in the past, present, and future we love you and thank you for being apart of our lives. We have had our ups and downs, but we thank God everyday for the capability he has put in us. Our restaurant has been built on and runs off of our laughter, tears, and hard work. We appreciate our family that has grown and love that we have shared. Thank you Rochester for housing Mom’s little dream come true. To wherever his light leads us in the future may we always find ourselves looking back at this time fondly.

We hope everyone is keeping warm in this cold weather. For the safety of our customers and employees, we are planning on being closed Monday Jan. 15 & Tuesday Jan. 16, and resuming normal business hours on Wednesday.
