WE SNUCK A FEW NEW THINGS ON THE MENU LAST WEEK. A COUPLE SALADS AND A BISCOFF TIRAMISU. THESE ARE HOPESFULLY PERMANENT OPTIONS LONG AS PEOPLE BUY EM. WE PLAN TO OFFER A CAESAR YEAR ROUND ALONG WITH A ROTATING SEASONAL SALAD. THE PLAN IS TO CONTINUE TO CREATE SPECIALTY OFFERINGS WITH THE USE OF SEASONAL LOCAL PRODUCE. PS YOU CAN ADD CHICKEN CUTTYS OR BACON LARDONS TO ANY SALAD. BOTH PROTEINS BE LOCAL/ORGANIC/NON GMO.

THE CAESAR SALAD IS TOPPED WITH Mixed greens (local/organic/hydroponic), house-made Caesar dressing, Parmigiano Reggiano crisps, grated 2 year Parmigiano Reggiano. MAJORITY OF THESE GREENS COME FROM Bolton Farms AND OTHER LOCAL ORGANIC FARMS.
