A Toast to Our Dear Friend, Don 🥃❤️

This Thursday and Friday evening at 9 PM, we invite you to join us as we raise a glass in loving memory of our dear friend, Don.

Known and loved by so many, Don was a familiar face at The Godfather. He especially enjoyed stopping in for live music, sharing stories, and enjoying great conversations with fellow customers, friends, and staff. His friendship, kindness, and presence will be deeply missed.

In keeping with Don's wishes, his family has shared that he did not want a private ceremony, but instead wished to be remembered through music, raising a glass, and sharing favorite memories.

This Thursday and Friday at 9 PM, The Godfather will be treating the entire bar to a round of Don's favorite cinnamon wh***ey, Thunderbitch, as we come together for a special toast in his honor during live music performances.

Whether you knew Don for years or simply shared a conversation with him along the way, we hope you'll join us in celebrating his life, his friendship, and the memories he leaves behind.

Here's to you, Don. You will always have a place in The Godfather family. 🥃

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of one of our beloved members and dear friends, Don.

Don was so much more than a regular at The Godfather. He was a friend to everyone who walked through our doors, including our entire staff. Whether he was stopping in late at night for a cup of coffee, sharing his love of music, enjoying a great conversation, or lending a helping hand to our staff, Don always brought a smile and a positive attitude with him.

He was one of those people who made The Godfather feel like more than just a lounge. He made it feel like family, and his presence will be deeply missed.

In keeping with Don's wishes, his family has shared that there will be no formal services. Instead, he wanted to be remembered through music, raising a glass, and sharing the memories made along the way.

Tonight, we'd like to raise a glass in Don's honor. For anyone who would like to stop in, share a story, or simply remember our dear friend, the house will be treating you to a drink of Don's favorite cinnamon wh***ey, Thunderbitch.

Here's to the music, the laughter, the late-night conversations, and all the memories you've left us with.

Rest in peace, Don. Your seat may be empty, but you'll always have a place in our hearts. ❤️

With love,
Your Godfather Family 🥃
