Hunting Boy Wood Carving, a local workshop and gallery owned by master Cherokee woodcarver Billy Welch, is a wonderful place to visit. Browse hand-carved clan masks, river cane flutes, baskets, pottery, artwork, jewelry, and more. It's just a quick 15-minute drive from the lodge, open Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Explore our hidden book libraries, wander through the garden where we grow ingredients for the kitchen, or grab a drink from the bar and find a spot to take in the view.
