A brief recap of our trip from Polarsteps

Trip is over! Time for a little reflection. The name “Wildhogs “ all started with a joke in 2022. A different group then with myself and Gary and 2 others from up north in Madawaska. Things didn’t go as planned but we take that as a learning experience and move on. We had a 30 day, 9361 mile, 28 state journey. 2024 was simply EPIC! 2 new buddies (Doug and Rick) joined Gary and I for a 38 day, 11,710 mile journey of a lifetime! We hadn’t rode together for too long but we just “clicked “. It worked….. perfectly!! 4 guys that knew the mission! Riding cross country is not for everyone…. Trust me! It’s brutal! Waking up at 5am and on the road by 6am and riding 12 hours daily is not for the faint of heart! Not everyone can pull it off but we did! Through sickness and even food poisoning lol you power through! The bond between this group is strong! 2026 we did it again! Though this trip was a little shorter, it was still amazing! We invited a fifth Wildhog (Rod) for the ride out. He was able to experience some of the best times from Maine to Cody Wyoming to Sturgis South Dakota. The wives (Sisters of Satan) also joined us while in Sturgis for 8 days of great weather and riding! It was an experience of a lifetime for everyone!! Everyone is back home safe with very dirty bikes. Time for us all to rest up a bit and clean up lol. Thanks to all who followed along! Thanks to my brothers for an epic ride. There’s no one else I’d rather do this with! Wildhogs roadtrip 2028? I sure hope so. Stay tuned!! Love you all!

Sturbridge PD checking in on the Wildhogs after we stayed at a drug infested EconoLodge lol. And his name was Dick Tracy!! You can’t make this s**t up.

Home!!! Wildhogs are all home safe. 7,911 miles in 23 days. A shorter trip this time but talks are in motion for another cross country in 2028. This one will be a southern route. Stay tuned!

Well, much to our surprise the town of Sturbridge must’ve known that the Wild Hogs were rolling into town because they gave us a warm very warm welcome!! we didn’t realize how much the Wild Hogs were so well known !! 😉
