Come celebrate Taco Tuesday at Scratch, this week we’re offering Pambazo:
A traditional Mexican sandwich made with Bolillo bread dipped in a red guajillo pepper sauce. Filled with papas con chorizo (potatoes with chorizo), refried beans, lettuce, queso fresco, and salsa verde. So delicious!
