Stronger Together is our weight training program in a small-group format edesigned and led by our certified personal trainers.

Experience the benefits of strength training using barbells, dumbbells, and bands while learning how to maximize each movement with proper form.

All sessions are expertly built by our coaching team and can be tracked in the Ferguson Fitness app. Sessions are 55 minutes.

Each Stronger Together session offers two training options, allowing you to choose the style that best fits your goals:

Stronger Together Total Body – a balanced, full-body strength session

Split Training – focused muscle-group sessions for targeted strength gains

Weekly Training Options:

Monday: Stronger Together Total Body or Leg Day

Wednesday: Stronger Together Total Body or Chest • Shoulder Triceps• Abs

Friday: Stronger Together Total Body or Deadlifts • Back • Biceps
