The old carpet is officially OUT, and we’ve been busy getting ready for the new carpet coming to the Bronze Room and Bar Room. 🎉

One Last Step… Help Us Cross the Finish Line!

The transformation of the Shenandoah Club continues!

The dining room carpet is gone! And what an incredible surprise it left behind. For more than 40 years, that carpet quietly preserved the beautiful parquet hardwood floors underneath. Those floors have now been refinished and are ready to be enjoyed by members for generations to come.

Now there’s just one major piece left to complete this phase of our Main Floor Refresh: the staircase carpet.

As these photos show, the staircase is one of the first things members and guests see when they enter the Club. Replacing the carpet will complete the transformation and create the welcoming first impression our members deserve.

If you’ve been wondering whether it’s too late to contribute to the Legacy Campaign, the answer is an enthusiastic NO! Every gift—large or small—helps us move one step closer to completing this final project.

The Legacy Campaign recognition plaque will be ordered at the end of July and installed during the first week of August, so there’s still time to become part of this lasting investment in the Shenandoah Club.

Thank you to everyone who has already contributed. Your generosity has transformed our Club, and with your continued support, we can finish this project together. Let’s cross the finish line!

We’ve been busy making improvements around the Shenandoah Club, refreshing our spaces and adding some new touches while keeping the traditions you love. Some projects are still underway, but the transformation is already making a difference!
