We believe that food should work in tandem with the season, accenting the current feel and atmosphere of your environment.

Warm and hearty foods should be eaten in the winter, with refreshing and light foods partaken of in the summer, etc etc…

With summer on our doorstep, we’ve begin implementing more and more fruit into our salads!!

Our garden is back up and running!! 🌿🌱🍅✨

Many of you know, but much of our produce is actually home grown, right beside the restaurant.

Fresh Basil, Mint, Parsley, Romaine, Zucchini, Tomatoes, you name it!!

With an abnormally late freeze in March, we had to let our raised bed go fallow for a little longer than we’d have liked.

Here at Chef’s House, we refuse to be limited by traditional boundaries of cuisine!!

We can do it all, and we do it all well. We have our cake, and eat it too!!

This was a special dish for us, as we branched out into Asian cuisine and cooked up some Spicy Lo Mein with Garden Veggies and Smoked Kielbasa.

It was INCREDIBLE.

One of the best dishes we’ve ever served, with the Lemon-Buttery Lobster Tail draped over our famous Hand-Cut Filet Mignons.
