A delicious Macaroni Pomodoro🍝🍅😋✨

Sometimes classic dishes are difficult to elevate, but we tackled this one head on.

With creamy crab-infused ricotta, crispy bits of fried garlic, house-made thai chili infused olive oil, and basil straight out of the garden, we think we blew this one out of the water.

It’s not our lengthy opining in instagram captions that matters however. It’s your tastebuds!!

The Watermelon Peach Salad, our favorite salad of the summer!!🍉🍑🥗✨

As the weather begins to taper down, and we begin to switch from salads into soups, we wanted to show off some of our favorites from the summer.

This salad was INCREDIBLE, both sweet and refreshing, leaving you feeling as if you got away with something.

At Chef’s House we don’t shy away from any cuisine, and these Quesabirria Tacos are a perfect example!!🌮🇲🇽😋✨

Made with beef short ribs with tortillas soaked in a delicious Consomé, these tacos are about as authentic as you can get.

A little look inside how we make our (locally) famous Demi-glace!!🥩🦴🍖✨

Demi-glace, if you didn’t know, is the mother of all sauces in French Cuisine. Everything starts with the bone marrow!!

It’s a day long process, that begins with stewing bones in a mixture of vegetables and spices. We let that simmer for a few hours, and then thoroughly strain it to get the base of our sauce.

We then reduce down some red w**e, add in whatever ingredients we’re feeling like that night (could be black garlic, could be truffle) add the base and voilà!!

You have the most delicious steak dish in town!!

The Salad of the Summer: Cantaloupe & Cucumber!!🥒🍈☀️

With the advent of September, and the inevitable (but slow, as it’s still HOT!!) changing of our menu, we wanted to highlight one of our summer favorites.

Both the cucumber and cantaloupe were incredibly refreshing, and when mixed with the tang of feta cheese and the nutty backing of crushed walnuts, it was a salad our guests haven’t yet forgotten.

We’ve still got a little blazing Texas sun left in this summer, so come try some of our incredible summer salads before they begin to turn into soups!!!
