Following a string of sold-out dinners, Chef de Cuisine Wells Selbe's collaboration wine dinner series returns to The Regency Room with Summer in Tuscany Wine Dinner at The Hotel Roanoke , an unforgettable journey inspired by the flavors and traditions of Italy.
On Thursday, June 25, we are honored to welcome Chef Bryn McDaniel of Kind Baking Co. for a thoughtfully curated five-course dining experience celebrating the bounty of an Italian summer.
Working alongside The Hotel Roanoke culinary team, Chef McDaniel has crafted a menu featuring zucchini blossoms, heirloom tomatoes, handmade pappardelle, roasted guinea fowl, and an elegant olive oil cake with fresh summer fruit. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with exceptional wines.
