🚨 SCAM WARNING — RESTAURANT OWNERS, PLEASE BE CAREFUL! 🚨

I was just targeted by someone claiming to be from Uber technical support.

They gave me this number to call back: 720-466-1828 JASON "yeah sure"

The person sounded legitimate and was trying to gain access to my email account by sending me verification codes. The messages even appeared to be associated with Uber, which made the whole thing seem very convincing. Came from [email protected]

So after this phoney call was finished I contacted Uber directly. Uber told me they did not recognize this phone number and there were NO support tickets associated with my account.

This was an attempt to gain access to my accounts and potentially sensitive financial/banking information.

⚠️ DO NOT give anyone verification codes, passwords, or access to your email account — even if they claim to be from Uber and the messages look legitimate.

If you receive a suspicious call, hang up and contact Uber yourself through the official app or website.

Please SHARE THIS, especially with restaurant owners and small businesses. These scammers are VERY convincing 🤬🤬🤬 Tell tail sign its a scammer... they keep calling you back after you hang up on them!!

A huge "THANK YOU" to Doris and Chef Dan for taking the time to sit down with me, hear our story, and share it with others.

You two are truly special... so full of love, kindness, and great life experiences. To those you have touched, we are so grateful for the work you do to shine a light on small businesses.

Thank you for giving us a voice and helping share our story 💕
