One of our guest brought in some mango snapper.
We cleaned and cooked it 3 ways for him and his wife. They arrived by boat, dropped of the fish, ordered some cold beers at the bar and waited for the food while enjoying the beautiful alafia river. Every dish is unique!

Mutton snapper. Come get some before its gone. This baby is 8lbs. Served as a sandwich or over stir fried veggies.
