We love beer so much that we fell in love with each other while drinking beer. We then got married at a brewery, (go ahead, ask us which one) and decided the next logical option was to open our own. We are Jillian and KJ Lynch, the owners of Leaven Brewing Company. KJ's been steeping grain and boiling wort for the last eight years; both Brewhub and Fort Myers have a brew deck that KJ calls home. W

e're nestled right in the heart of Riverview (or it feels that way at least.) Lucky to have a loyal Mug Club and a community that supports us, brewing traditional, true-to-style beers ... we are Leaven Brewing.

LB Day 3287 (PC Day 366): As of last night, Plant City has its first Mug Club members!

If you were following the clues - both Riverview’s and Plant City’s should have lead you to Swan Brewing - and we can finally post the pics! Riverview’s Mug Club is full as of June 29th - and PC has its early birds!

Day 3277: It’s the 1st of July and today is Riverview Mug Club sign up day! Many of you on the Low Down list have already secured your spots! Congratulations (and thank you for wanting to be a part of it all!)

The Mug Club is one of the most special things we’ll ever experience. With a retention rate of 90% - the Mug Club faces don’t change greatly which ultimately has created a really tight-knit group of Leaven folk. (I swear there’s nothing the Mug Club can’t accomplish.)

Thank you for your support. To Mig Club old, new, past … present - you’re always part of the Leaven fam, and the story of us!

Buy Dad a beer, we’ll buy him one too!

We have some really cool dads at Leaven, and they all deserve a beer. A couple dads brew the beer, a couple dads pour it. One dad is in the kitchen keeping sandwiches on the press. One dad helped get things started. Another dad keeps Leaven moving in the right direction. Then, all the other taproom dads … collectively y’all are wonderful, 10/10 dad-ing.
