McCormick is celebrating the 25th anniversary of Harry Potter with a collection that might be one of the most unexpected food finds I’ve come across.

And yes...I had to grab the whole collection. 😂

The lineup includes:

🧈 Butter Beer Extract
🍬 Droobles Best Blowing Gum Finishing Sugar
🐸 Chocolate Frog Finishing Sugar
🎂 Calderon Cake Finishing Sugar
🥧 Treacle Tart Finishing Sugar

🌿 Vanilla Extract

What makes these especially fun is that they’re not just themed packaging. The finishing sugars are designed to add a little extra flavor and character to desserts, drinks and other creations.

As someone who loves finding unique food products and limited-edition releases, this collection immediately caught my attention.

Now I just need to figure out what we're actually going to make with all of this. 👀

🍓🍪 THIS ONE BROUGHT A LITTLE SOMETHING DIFFERENT.

The Strawberry Shortcake Pizookie at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse was easily one of the more interesting desserts we tried during our visit.

You get that warm, freshly baked Pizookie foundation combined with the sweet, fruity strawberry shortcake flavor profile.

It’s a great change of pace from the heavier chocolate desserts, while still giving you everything that makes a Pizookie so good.

The warm cookie, sweet strawberries and dessert toppings created a combination that was absolutely delicious.

After eating our way through burgers, pizza, pasta and appetizers, we somehow still found room for this.

That tells you everything you need to know. 😂

BJ’s definitely knows how to finish a meal.

🍪 THE CLASSIC FOR A REASON.

There are plenty of creative Pizookie flavors at BJ’s, but sometimes the original-style Chocolate Chunk is exactly what you need.

Warm, soft, chocolatey and loaded with chunks of chocolate throughout, this is the kind of dessert that doesn't need a complicated ingredient list to be absolutely delicious.

The contrast between the warm cookie and melty chocolate is what makes a Pizookie so hard to resist.

And yes, we were already full.

That did not stop us. 😂

BJ’s has built an entire reputation around these desserts, and after trying several during this visit, I completely understand why.

The Chocolate Chunk Pizookie is a classic for a reason.

The Triple Chocolate Pizookie made with Ghirardelli at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse is not pretending to be subtle.

This is chocolate on chocolate on chocolate.

A warm, freshly baked Pizookie loaded with rich chocolate flavor and made with Ghirardelli chocolate? Yeah...this one is for the serious chocolate lovers.

The combination of a warm, soft cookie texture with that deep chocolate richness made this one incredibly indulgent.

And honestly, after a full meal, this is the kind of dessert where you tell yourself you’ll just have a bite.

Then somehow that bite becomes several more. 😂

It was delicious.

If chocolate is your love language, this one belongs on your BJ’s order.

BJ’s Pizookie is already legendary, but the Graham Cracker S’mores Pizookie takes the whole warm-cookie-dessert experience somewhere else.

A warm, freshly baked cookie-style dessert with that unmistakable s’mores combination of chocolate and graham cracker flavors, all coming together in one seriously indulgent dessert.

The best part?

It arrives warm.

That makes all the difference.

The edges have that baked texture while the center stays soft and gooey, creating exactly the kind of dessert you want to eat straight from the skillet.

And yes...we absolutely enjoyed it.

BJ’s gives you plenty of reasons to save room for dessert, but the Pizookie might be the biggest one.

🍝 COMFORT FOOD DONE RIGHT.

The Italian Chicken Parmigiana Pasta at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse was exactly the kind of hearty, satisfying dish I was hoping for.

Tender chicken paired with pasta, rich Italian-inspired flavors and plenty of that cheesy, comforting goodness that makes Chicken Parm such a classic.

This was not a light little plate. It was a full-on comfort food meal.

The chicken was flavorful, the pasta was delicious and everything worked together without one component overpowering the rest.

We had several different dishes at BJ’s, and this was one of the plates that reminded me why their menu has something for just about everyone.

Absolutely delicious.

🍕 MORE PEPPERONI? YES, PLEASE.

The Pepperoni Extreme Pizza at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse brought exactly what the name promises: PEPPERONI.

BJ’s is known for its deep-dish pizzas, and this one was loaded with that classic combination of savory pepperoni, melty cheese and a flavorful pizza foundation.

Every bite had plenty going on without losing what makes pepperoni pizza so good in the first place.

And honestly, this is the kind of pizza that makes sharing difficult. 😂

The crust had a great texture, the cheese was nicely melted and the pepperoni brought plenty of flavor throughout.

We ordered a lot during this visit, and somehow this pizza still managed to stand out.

🍕 Delicious. Satisfying. Absolutely worth ordering.

🍔 WHEN A SMASH BURGER DOESN’T NEED ANYTHING ELSE.

The All-American Smash Burger at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse was one seriously satisfying burger.

That classic smash-burger experience is all about the beef, the sear, the toppings and getting the balance right without overcomplicating things.

And this one delivered.

The burger was juicy, flavorful and packed with that delicious grilled flavor you want from a smash burger. Everything came together exactly the way it should, making this an easy one to recommend.

BJ’s has a pretty extensive menu, but sometimes you just need a really good burger.

This was definitely one of those meals where there wasn’t a single bite I wanted to change.
