Cheers to the clumsiest restaurant and bar owner in America! 🍻😂

About 7 months ago, Teri tripped down some stairs and broke BOTH of her ankles. After months of healing and finally getting out of her ankle braces, we thought we were in the clear…

Then last week she tripped in our backyard, dislocated one kneecap, and messed up the other knee pretty good too. Luckily, only one of them needs the giant brace. 🤦‍♂️😂

But if you know Teri, you know she does not let anything slow her down. She was back at work the very next day, limping around like a true rockstar.

We’ve got a wedding next month, so everybody send her some good vibes that she can get out of that huge brace in time for the big day! ❤️

I have no idea why I would expect anything different than AMAZING!

When I reached out to my friend Todd Bogh about building a new dumpster enclosure for our Draper Salsa Leedos Mexican Grill / Sol Cantina, of course he said, “We can take care of it.”

And like anything Todd and his crew do, it turned out absolutely amazing.

Who gets excited about a dumpster enclosure?

Well… apparently I do! 😂

Check out the attention to detail the boys at 3x Specialties put into this thing. They didn’t just build a dumpster enclosure — they made sure every little detail was done right.

Every week we’re investing back into this property and trying to make it better, one project at a time.

Huge thank you to Todd and the crew at 3X Specialty. You guys absolutely killed it!

All I can say is… WOW!

Salsa Leedos and Sol Cantina Going into Thursday night, we had one goal — to beat what we raised two years ago for the Wildland Firefighter Foundation, which was $7,800.

We didn’t have a ton of time to plan and prepare for this event, but somehow, with the help of so many amazing people, we pulled off another epic event!

Thursday night we raised OVER $14,000!

That’s right — you heard it right… OVER $14K!

And we’re not done yet. We still have a few donations coming in over the weekend, and as soon as everything is collected, we’ll post the final number.

I truly can’t thank everyone enough who helped make this happen.

When we first got involved with this fundraiser a few years ago, I started learning more about what our wildland firefighters and crews actually do for all of us. They protect small towns, mountain communities, homes, our forests and so much more. They put themselves in harm’s way to protect people and places they may not even know.

It gave me a whole new appreciation for what these men and women do.

I’m so thankful that Coors asked us to be a part of this and gave us the opportunity to help support such an incredible cause.

To every single person who donated a gift, donated money, bought raffle tickets, bid on auction items, volunteered their time, helped put this event together, or simply showed up to support us…

This is what is all about — our community coming together to help people who do so much for all of us.

Host duties include:
• Greeting & seating customers
• Taking and preparing To-Go orders
• Bussing and resetting tables
• Helping keep the front of the restaurant running smoothly
