Hi, Lea here. Im reaching out through my business page as I cannot reach Susie Kasper-Wright through messenger. I wanted to apologize to you that you were not taken care of in our restaurant today. I was there from 6am to 715pm today and I was not aware of this situation. That is until I began receiving screenshots of your posts and comments on fb this evening. I do wish you would've asked to speak with a manager so that we could take care of you. And while I cannot speak on your previous experiences as to why you dont frequent our place, I will speak about today. From what I can understand, the shift change was a little hectic and the chaos of it resulted in you being inadvertently missed. I/We sincerely apologize for our mistake, we too are only human. We strive everyday to practice
"Homestyle Cookin' and Friendly Folks" It is never our intention to make anyone feel bad or to ignore them. And I am now taking measures to correct this mishap in regards to my staff. We are the hometown place, we love serving Fremont County!! Unfortunately, mistakes do happen and today we dropped the ball. We hope that you can forgive us and will reconsider visiting us again.
