Fair Peoples Onion Rings is coming to the North Haven IPRA Rodeo THIS weekend! Come on down for our signature onion rings and french fries!

We’re set up at the Goshen Stampede this weekend ready to serve you hot and fresh onion rings and french fries!!!

Oh hey! It’s been a while, how have you been?

While we’ve loved our time off from the Connecticut fair season, we can’t stay away forever, we missed our fair people!

Here is our 2026 season schedule! Here you’ll find the dates of all the shows you can get some perfectly fried onion rings (and maybe even some top notch french fries) in 2026!

We’ll be all over the state of Connecticut, so be sure to find a jamboree, stampede, or fair near you! We’ll be posting for every show with dates, times, and a link to the shows website! See you soon fair people!
