Well… apparently y’all understood the assignment. 😂

Ha’s Southwest Eggrolls barely had time to get comfortable before y’all wiped us out yesterday.

So I know what I’m doing this morning… wrapping more. A lot more.

Brisket, black beans, corn, cabbage, carrots and jalapeños, all wrapped up and fried golden.

Fresh batch coming today.

If yesterday taught us anything, it’s that Ha definitely knows what she’s doing. 👀

Alright… we’ve teased them long enough.

Ha’s Southwest Eggrolls are making their debut today.

These started with our good friend Ha Egg Rolls LLC, who makes some seriously amazing eggrolls and taught Kristin how to properly wrap them.

Then, naturally, we took that lesson back to The Pit and filled ours with smoked brisket, corn, black beans, cabbage, carrots, jalapeño, and more.

Crispy on the outside. Loaded on the inside. Very much our kind of Fire Starter.

And that’s not the only thing we’ve got planned for the weekend…

Let’s just say Saturday + Sunday are looking pretty good for the steak crowd. 👀🥩
