I grew up enjoying all the best dishes from my Mexican culture. As I got older, I fell in love with flavors from all over the world and wanted to combine my heritage with my love of international cuisine. My dishes are my original takes on Asian classics.

Fun fact about me, I love the smell of dried chilis just, honestly if it was a cologne I would be using it all the time.
