El Ranchito was founded in 1967 by Elena Tinajero, who had a vision: to bring authentic Mexican food to local farmers and hardworking American families. She wanted every customer to feel like they were getting a home-cooked meal and were part of the family with every visit. We deeply appreciate your loyalty through the years and look forward to continuing to be part of your community.

We’re Back! 🎉 (Pending)

El Ranchito family, we’ve missed you! After being closed since Christmas, we’re excited to announce that we will be reopening on Wednesday, March 4th with our normal business hours.

We truly appreciate your patience and support during this time. It means the world to us and our family.

Good Morning!

We will be officially closing for the winter on December 22nd. Our last day of operation for 2025 is this Sunday December 21st.

Tentatively, we will be closing from
December 22nd-February 25th. (This timeframe is subject to change).

We understand that this will be the longest we have closed during our winter break in quite some time. We have family plans and updates that have called for us to take an extension. We appreciate all of you for your continued loyalty and confidence in us to serve you. We look forward to 2026.
