My Cayenne Pepper flavors are:
Original, made with Red Wine Vinegar & Bell Peppers, in Hot, Medium & Mild;
Blueberry, in Hot & Mild, made with a small amount of apple juice;
Louisiana Strawberry;
Louisiana Satsuma;
Blackberry;
Cranberry, from fresh dripped Cranberry juice;
Black & Blue;
Black/Blue/Strawberry. My Chipotle Jelly is the only flavor that is made with th

e Smoked Jalapeno Pepper, which I use in the ground form;

Pineapple (Hot & Mild), Peach Pepper Jam (Mild), Blackberry (Hottest) are my current Habanero choices!! All of the above are made with fresh dripped juices. The only bottled juices that I use is a small amount of Apple and Pineapple in a couple of my recipes. I also use Red Wine Vinegar & Apple Cider Vinegar in some of the recipes. All of the above flavors, with the exception of the Original & Chipotle are also made Without Pepper. The Newest flavors are:
Pineapple; Satsuma; and Cran-Apple made with Simmered
Cranberry Juice and Apple Juice, LA Strawberry,
Blackberry, Apple Strawberry, Muscadine and a limited
supply of Mayhaw. My Hottest flavors are, naturally, my Original (Hot), Pineapple Habanero (Hot) and the Chipotle. (Please note above Out of Season Fruits). My Jam flavors are: Fig, Fig & Peach, Peach, Strawberry & Low Sugar Blueberry. My Sweet Pickle products:
“Sweet Heat” Hot is made with Jalapeno Peppers;
Mild is made with ½ the amount of Jalapenos;
“Sweet Heat” Jalapenos which are comparable to candied Jalapenos.

My “big pot” is on a roll to boiling of my jars! On the list today is a first batch of Mayhaw Jelly, of 2026, more Apple Cinnamon Pepper Jelly, with Cayenne and possibly one more jelly, to be determined. They will be for sale at the Destrehan TOMORROW, from 8 to noon, off of River Road NEXT TO Destrehan Plantation, on the Luling Hale Boggs Bridge side. I will also have the complete inventory of my fruit Jams & Jellies, Pepper Jellies and “Sweet Heat” Pickles & Jalapeños! (Complete list will be posted later.) Come on out, y’all, cause between the rain and intense heat, that is coming, I don’t know how many markets I’ll be able to do! Hope to see you there!

Getting ready to start another “small batch” of my Jelly, made with this “fresh picked, cleaned, simmered down, then finally dripped” juice. These berries were on the “vine” on yesterday!! It, as well as all of my Jellies, Jams, Pepper Jellies, “sweet Heat” Pickles and Jalapeños, will be available in Destrehan at the German Coast Farmers Market, from 8 to noon or until it’s gone! Come on out, Y’all!! My plants will be there, too!
