Meet the crew who made it possible. Some new volunteers from the RFSD and some returning vets from the Masonic Lodge. Prep happened on Sunday and service on Monday. Here is what they made and served.

Four salad options (50 of each)
Chicken: seasoned chicken, black and garbanzo beans, charred corn from Apple Tree Farm , red onion, lettuce, and lime creama with fresh garlic from Sunnyside Farm

Bacon: bacon, quinoa, dried cranberries, celery, lettuce, and maple balsamic vinaigrette

Beef: seasoned beef, cheddar cheese, pickles, onions, lettuce, and spicy 1,000 dressing

Vegetable: roasted red peppers, black olives, banana peppers, white onion, mozzarella balls, lettuce, and Italian dressing

Veggie trays: cucumbers, carrots, baby bell peppers, and hummus

A can of Northern Soda Company (we brought A LOT of flavors!)

Fruit: plums, nectarines, and cuties

Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery cheese curds

Hanisch Bakery and Coffee Shop dinner rolls and butter

Chips and popcorn

Mei Mei’s Cookies: Chocolate Chip and Sugar with sprinkles

We fed patients and families that were stopping in for appointments and those who had been there for 8 months. We were also able to feed some of the staff providing care.

Thank you to the community partners and all who have contributed to the more than 1,000 meals that have gone out over the years.
