Sylvester(Silver) Kamrowski, Chuck's dad passed away on Sunday. He was one of the toughest and hardest working men that I ever knew. Despite having MS, heart problems, and multiple strokes over the years, Silver never gave up on life. Silver's determination to work hard and do his best for his family was inspirational.

My family and I are incredibly thankful for all of the Happy Moments that we were able to share with Silver over the years. He will be loved and remembered forever

We are happy to report that Chuck completed his Speech Therapy Program last week. Speech Therapy was the last of the four programs he needed to complete. He is walking and talking like a pro again! He appreciates the love, prayers, and positive words of support as he continues to heal and recover. We are so proud of how far he has come in just a few months - he's pretty amazing! Thank you again everyone. We love and appreciate you all.

We are so proud of all of the hard work Chuck has put into his recovery so far and we are happy to report that he has completed his Cardio Rehab! Chuck is also very close to finishing his Speech Therapy Program. He has tackled these major obstacles in his life with strength, determination, and dignity.

Chuck used to say all the time at Luigi's that if something bad happens or if the night isn't going quite right we just have to adapt and overcome. That is exactly what he has been doing since his first stroke; adapting and overcoming.

Thank You for all the love, prayers, support, cards, letters, gifts, and encouragement as Chuck continues his recovery. We love and appreciate each and every one of you. Thank You!

I think this is the first time in 29 years that Chuck hasn't been at Luigi's on Valentine's Day to make Heart Shaped Pizzas. We realize that over the years, enjoying a Luigi's Heart Shaped Pizza had been a tradition for a lot of families; we are sorry that we are unable to carry on the tradition this year.
We love you all and appreciate the continued love and prayers and support that Chuck and our family have received while he continues to heal.
We hope you all have a wonderful and Happy Valentines Day.

Update on Chuck
The road to recovery is very long for Chuck as he continues to heal from the open heart surgery he had in July, and from the multiple strokes and complications that followed. We are so proud of how well he is doing with his Speech Therapy and Cardio Rehab. He is improving!
Thank you again for all of the love, prayers, and support. We appreciate each and every one of you!

Thank you to everyone who helped make our Christmas so special this year; we appreciate all of the love and support.
Chuck is doing ok; on the evening of 12/25/25, I took him into the ER because he was feeling sick. He was diagnosed with the flu and sent home. On 12/26 he wasn't feeling well again so I took him into the ER. Unfortunately, Chuck had another small stroke and had to stay in the hospital a few days. Thankfully, Chuck is home and feeling better.
Chuck is definitely one of the strongest and most stubborn people I know (In this case, that's a good thing! ) and he will continue to work hard at Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy and Cardio Rehab. He has an amazing team at Courage Kenny Rehab that are helping him recover and a wonderful and supportive community of family and friends that help him each and every day.
We miss all of our Luigi's Pizza Faithful Customers/Family. We can't wait to get back to work and see all of you soon. Thank you for your continued love, support, and encouragement.

Happy Holidays

During this wonderful time of the year, we wanted to say Thank You to all of you (our family and friends both near and far) for all of the love and support shown to our family while Chuck is home recovering from his open heart surgery and strokes.

We are not sure when we will be able to reopen Luigi's, but we hope it will be sooner rather than later. We miss all of you and all of our Happy Moments shared together. It brings us Joy and Happiness remembering all of the amazing moments shared here at Luigi's; the relationships started with first dates, the laughter of friendships reunited, the birthdays celebrated, the loving anniversaries, the magical family dinners, the celebrations of sports games won or even lost, and just the sounds of the dining room filled with laughter and joy and happy people. Not being open is almost like feeling homesick. We always say that this restaurant is a Mom and Pop establishment, so I guess missing our family and friends "coming back home" to visit us makes sense; we truly miss you all.

We hope everyone has a very magical and wonderful holiday season filled with lots of Joy and Happy Holiday moments. Thank you again for all of the prayers, love, and support.

Chuck has been home from the hospital for just over a month and he is doing really well. Recovering from open heart surgery and a couple of strokes is going to take time, so we will have to keep Luigi’s closed just a little bit longer. Our family is so thankful and blessed to have the support of this wonderful community. Thank you for your continued patience, love, and support.

Good morning Family, Friends, and Luigi's Faithful Followers. Just a quick update on Chuck - He is still in the hospital (Chuck has been in the hospital since August 8th). Every day Chuck is improving and getting stronger and healthier. We are hopeful that he will be able to move to inpatient stroke rehab soon. Thank you everyone for all of the love, prayers, and support during this challenging time for Chuck, our family, and our business. We love and appreciate you all!

One year ago my mother Darlene Wozney was walking home from church and was hit by a car and killed.
Managing life this past year without her has been more than a little challenging.
We just wanted to take this opportunity to thank all of our family, friends, and Luigi's faithful for all of the cards, prayers, and support.
Thank You
