Hey everyone! I’m pausing orders for now as I start my first year at Johnson & Wales University. I’m studying Baking and Pastry arts to dive deeper into the world of sweets, doughs, and all things delicious. 🥐🎂🧁🍰🍮🍪

Congratulations to Jason and Anne! 🤵👰‍♀️

I completed my first ever wedding cake. A semi naked, three layer, two tier, vanilla sponge with a caramel sauce and salted caramel Swiss buttercream. It tastes as good as it sounds!

I decided to try out disc cake pops instead of round ball cake pops. It makes the entire process so much easier and faster. I also really enjoy the look so much more than the round ones. What do you think?

This was a practice batch (chocolate chip cookie dough and vanilla sprinkle flavors) to get ready for an order next week.

I’ve officially been to Europe!! Thank you so much to everyone for supporting me and making this dream become a reality! I had so much fun and would do it again in a heartbeat. Now that I’ve gone to Switzerland I’m going to be changing my business’ name to Gage’s Sweets because there is no longer any Switzerland to go to! I will also have an updated logo soon!

I'm excited to be back in the kitchen, baking treats for the upcoming Sip and Shop event on Saturday, February 8th, at the Hastings Golf Club. For those who haven’t attended previously, Margie does an outstanding job selecting vendors so you can get your shop on and enjoy a fun-filled afternoon. I hope to see you there!

This will be my last event before I leave for Switzerland and Italy, the very trip that inspired the creation of Gage’s Sweets for Switzerland. I am incredibly grateful for all the support since starting my venture in 2023 and thank each of you for being a part of this journey!
