Edit: We’re back up and running! We can now receive call-in orders and process electronic payments. Thanks to everyone for your patience today and to the crews for diligently working to restore everyone’s connectivity.

Original Post: We apologize for the inconvenience, but unfortunately the CenturyLink/Internet outage for the Ritzville Area continues and as of Monday, July 10th, we’re unable to take electronic payments or telephone orders. We’re hopeful that they will resolve the issue in the next 24 hours, but until then, we’re at the mercy of repair crews.

We will be closed Saturday, April 15, 2023, to celebrate our family matriarch and patriarch, Tomas and Candelaria, as we honor them and their 50th wedding anniversary.

You've probably heard us talk about how our restaurant is our way of sharing a bit of our family and heritage with the Ritzville community and we're so thankful to each of you for making us feel so welcome.

We hope that you'll join us in wishing them many more years of happiness and we look forward to serving you again soon.

~We will reopen with our regular schedule Sunday, April 16th.

It is starting to feel like spring is on our doorstep and we're excited to announce that we are returning to our regular operating hours starting this week; 10AM-10PM, daily.

Brr — it’s starting to feel like winter is on our doorstep already!

We’re going to adjust our closing time back to 9pm for the winter months, in anticipation for a bit of winter weather, darker skies and cooler temperatures.

Hope to see many of you in for sizzling fajitas, warm conversation and plenty of stiff drinks all winter long though! Thanks so much for your continued patronage.

Our full drink menu is back!

We just want to thank you all for your continued patronage as we've transitioned to our new location at 1604 Smittys Blvd. One of the challenges we weren't initially anticipating was the lengthy approval process associated moving our liquor license and we want to thank each of you for your patience and understanding as we made our way through the queue.

We're excited to welcome you back this week to share in some of our family recipes -- right alongside the frosty beer or blended confection of your choice!

We are hard at work preparing the new building and just awaiting our final inspection so that we can reopen with increased capacity and new operating hours, 10AM-10PM, 7 days a week.
