We’re Hiring a Store Manager for Soda Jerk Ice Cream – Rising Sun!
As Soda Jerk continues to grow, we’re looking for the right person to take day-to-day leadership of our Rising Sun location.
This is a full-time salaried management position for someone who enjoys leading people, running a business, solving problems, and being part of a growing company.
The Store Manager will be responsible for areas including:
- Team leadership and development
- Scheduling and labor management
- Inventory and ordering
- Customer experience
- Food safety and cleanliness
- Store operations and performance
- Coaching, accountability, and employee development
Salary: $48,000–$55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
Bonus Opportunity: Up to 10% of annual base salary
Benefits include: 401(k), management PTO, sick leave, company-paid required certifications, and advancement opportunities as Soda Jerk grows.
Restaurant or QSR management experience is preferred, but we are also open to strong leaders from retail, hospitality, logistics, and other customer-focused operations.
We’re looking for someone who wants more than just a management title — someone who is ready to take ownership of a location, develop a strong team, and grow with the company.
