As the move towards the conversion to Extra Mile continues, we are working on a direct offer exclusive to Chevron/Extra Mile rewards members that would work similar to a cash price discount on fuel. You will still be able to use your rewards the same way, just a way for loyalty members to still get a discount even if they don’t want to use the discount provided by the app.
Also, we plan to do fuel price specials couple of times a month, exclusive to rewards members, as a thank you for the continued support. And at times will be .50 to a $1.00 off a gallon, on top of the app rewards. This transition is difficult, as it will be location and strictly loyalty member based, and not a straight cash discount. So it may take couple of months to go into effect.
There will also be in app promos such as on 31st day of month you’ll get an item for free in the store, buy 2 20oz products get 100 points, which woild be equal to .10 off a gallon.
Right now the full conversion should be completed by September/October, because we still haven’t agreed on a layout. I didn’t sign these contracts strictly for me, but it was the best opportunity for me to make sure my customers get the best possible experience and rewards system.

We are scheduled for a pump and register install for tomorrow, May 12, and will be down on store side from around 9 am to 5 pm. We will still keep the Which Wich open.

On Monday, April 20, I officially signed a contract to partner with Extra Mile Convenience Stores, a Chevron affiliated chain. This partnership will allow me to still be in control of the store, but have a chain perks for me and customers. We will still sell Chevron branded fuels. And the Which Wich will still be there along with more food options coming. This partnership along with a brand new Chevron fuel contract will allow us to put new dispensers, registers, equipment, and do a remodel. Also, this will allow our customers an even better rewards/loyalty experience. The rewards program will use same info as chevron rewards, bc it is a subsidiary of Chevron. Just a new app (Extra Mile). The Extra Mile promos will not be live until we are fully integrated. We should be fully integrated by October of this year, and the new dispensers should be here early May.

Update: we had some meat go bad and the rest hasnt thawed to slide, so which wich will open tomorrow.

Tommorrow we will open at 10 am and which wich also will be open. We have good amount of fuel for now so should last until our next fuel delivery. But for inside stock may be limited. We will not be cooking on the store side until next week. But we will have which wich open.

Which Wich will be closed today due to inclement weather. Store will more than likely be closed also, but we will evaluate around 2. We have plenty of fuel, in case you want to use your card at pump, while we’re closed.

When I decided to bring Which Wich in, my primary reason was bringing a food option to Ripley that uses higher quality ingredients and something I would be proud of serving our customers. Also, everyone complains about service at different food options, and I felt it was something we could control and focus on. We had gotten off to a great start and as time went on it hasn’t done what we expected. Even though Which Wich is a franchise, it is still a new concept. We don’t rely on brand recognition to serve our customers, as other franchises. I understand there have been customers that have had an experience that was not up to par, much less what I expect. As a small business, we rely on customer feedback to better serve everyone and try to make things right. I have no problem hearing negative reviews. And if it is something in my control I will do everything to try to make it right, if not we will take it into consideration to better serve everyone. We have put google review stands, in order to get more feedback. And also feel free to talk to me or Brittany about any issues you have had. Whether it is positive or negative feedback, all feedback will be appreciated.

We are selling Off Road/dyed diesel now. Chevron Rewards will not work for it because it is not a Chevron product.
