Food trucks at Loma Colorado
We have decided that no food trucks will be permitted to operate on the private property for the remainder of 2026.
The lease, insurance and liability requirements, permits, rules, and vendor procedures must be finalized before any vendors can be approved. We are not accepting applications or documentation at this time.
The goal is to continue the food truck location in 2027. When the project moves forward, application information and requirements will be announced here once everything has been finalized.
Until formal written approval has been issued by the property owner, no food trucks are authorized to set up, park, or conduct business on the property.
