An update from Mud Creek BBQ;
Mud Creek BBQ will remain open until either local or state officials recommend that restaurants like ours should close. We have worked very diligently to clean and sanitize this past week and will continue to put our customers and associates health and safety first.
Beginning Tuesday March 24th we will close the dining room and transition our restaurant for walk in/carry out and drive through only. For any guests that needs assistance we will also offer curbside pickup for call in orders.
I made this choice after seeing national guidance, recent local changes and observing where our guest were driving from;
• The President has recommended avoiding large groups.
• Schools have been closed across the state.
• The local nutrition center has closed its dining room and is serving only take out.
• Retailers have closed their stores or changed their operating hours.
• Local businesses have set aside specific business hours for customers that are at greater risk from the corona virus.
• Over this past week Mud Creek BBQ has had guest from Dallas, Fort Worth, Denton, Wichita Falls, Madill, Lawton, Oklahoma City and towns all around us. Truck drivers from Florida, California, Kansas and Missouri have stopped to enjoy our BBQ also. As you can see while we are a local business rooted in Ringling but our customers come from all over.
We will be closed this Saturday March 21st to perform a deep cleaning and work to transition the restaurant for take out dining and reopen Tuesday March 24th for walk in/carry out/drive through business.
Our core menu will remain unchanged and available for take out.
We will post our menu on our page and encourage you to share it with your neighbors and friends.
Please continue to support the local businesses here in Ringling and the surrounding towns.
