❤️ Every Picture Tells a Story… ❤️

As we looked through nearly 10 years of photos, we laughed, we smiled, and yes… we got a little emotional.

These aren’t just pictures of a restaurant.

They’re pictures of dreams, hard work, friendships, and a community that embraced us.

Our journey began when my sister founded Be Healthy Stay Fit Bistro with a vision of serving fresh, healthy food to the R***e community. A few years later, our family was blessed with the opportunity to continue that vision and make it our own.

From there, the journey continued to grow.

We launched Rama’s Food Truck, bringing our food to local events and serving our community in new ways.

Later, we began the next chapter as Rama’s Bistro. While the name changed, our mission remained the same: to serve great food, welcome everyone with kindness, and create a place where people felt at home.

Looking through these photos reminds us that we weren’t simply running a restaurant.

We were building relationships.

The meals brought us together, but it was the conversations, the friendships, the celebrations, and the trust you placed in us that made this journey so special.

We watched children grow up, celebrated milestones with many of you, worked alongside incredible employees who became like family, and met so many wonderful people who made this place feel like home.

As we close this chapter, our hearts are full of gratitude.

❤️ A Heartfelt Thank You ❤️

Today, we’d like to share some bittersweet news.

After nearly 10 wonderful years of serving this amazing community, Be Healthy Stay Fit Bistro/Rama’s Bistro will be transitioning to new ownership on August 1st.

This restaurant has been so much more than a business to us. It’s been a place where we’ve watched families grow, celebrated birthdays and milestones, shared countless cups of coffee, and had the privilege of getting to know so many incredible people. The friendships we’ve made and the memories we’ve shared will stay with us forever.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your loyalty, your kindness, and your support over the years. You helped make Be Healthy Stay Fit Bistro/ Rama’s Bistro what it is today, and we are forever grateful.

We’re excited for the new owners as they begin this next chapter, and we hope you’ll welcome them with the same warmth you’ve always shown us.

Although our time at Rama’s Bistro is coming to an end, this isn’t goodbye. You’ll still find us at Gio’s Pizzeria, in Parachute and we’d love to continue serving you there. If you’re in the area, please stop by and say hello!
