Absolutely overwhelmed with gratitude for everyone who's planning on grabbing some authentic Polish food during Flavors of Fall this upcoming Saturday! We will be making SOME extra for sale the day of, but only as time allows!
Use the link in the comments to preorder handmade pierogi, golumpki (stuffed cabbage) in red sauce, haluski (cabbage and noodles), Karpatka (Polish Carpathian Mountain Cream Cake), and platters (6 pierogi, 1 stuffed cabbage, a scoop of haluski, and a slice of cake).
Everything is prepared by hand from recipes passed down for generations using simple fresh ingredients and REAL BUTTER.
You can order items to be hot and ready to eat, or if you'd like to reheat at home, all food comes in easy to store in your fridge or freezer containers with cooking instructions.
Pickup times are between 11AM-2PM Saturday September 26 at Jordan's Bar & Grill 169 Main Street Ridgway PA
Prices are as follows:
Potato and cheddar Pierogies or Sauerkraut Pierogies $10.00 per dozen
Add sauteed onions for $.75 Add big cup of sour cream for $.75
Lekvar Pierogies: (sweet prune butter) $12.50/dozen with powdered sugar and whipped cream on the side
Stuffed cabbage Rolls in red sauce: $3.50 each - $12.00 half dozen
Haluski: $11.00 32 Ounce container $25.00 Half Sheet Pan
Karpatka: $5.00/slice - $30.00 Whole Cake
Polish Platters: (6 pierogi, 1 stuffed cabbage, a scoop of haluski, and a slice of cake) $14.50

In celebration of Ridgway Homecoming Weekend, Alumni Weekend, and Flavors of Fall Festival - we are doing something we've never done (at least in mass quantities) before.
We summoned our Polish and Pittsburgh roots to put together a special pop up event that will take place right in front of Jordan's on September 26 from 11am-2pm!
We highly encourage you to use the preorder form in the comments because that's going to gauge how much we make (because let's be real here... this stuff is a true labor of love). Whether you'd like to stock your freezer with pierogi and haluski and stuffed cabbage for the next few weeks or grab a Polish platter and stroll Main Street to enjoy the day's festivities (or come inside and try some of the epic craft cocktails we've been working on for that weekend) - we have you covered.
Everything is hand made from real ingredients - real butter - hand rolled and pinched dough. Everything is packaged in secure freezer safe containers with reheating instructions. Every recipe has been passed down through generations and really deserves to be enjoyed by our friends!
