For years, the British flag flying outside Colorado Boy Pub has been a nod to our roots. When we first opened, we set out to create a British-style pub experience, serving English-inspired ales and celebrating the traditions that inspired us.
Over time, Colorado Boy has evolved. While our roots remain an important part of our story, we’ve grown into something bigger. Today, we brew and serve many different styles of beer, make delicious pizzas, and welcome locals and visitors alike to gather around good food, good beer, and good company.
So, after many years under the Union Jack, we’ve decided it’s time for Old Glory to take its place out front.
This isn’t about leaving our history behind—it’s about recognizing where we are today. We’re proud of our British pub heritage, grateful for the journey that brought us here, and proud to be a small business serving our community in the United States of America.
And don’t worry—the Union Jack isn’t going anywhere. It will continue to have a place of honor inside the brewery as a reminder of where we started and the traditions that helped shape Colorado Boy.
