We’d like to shout out our many amazing coffee friends, our select handful of exceptional café customers, and all you home brewers choosing to support a local specialty coffee roaster like us.

We like to think you share our values and passion when it comes to the parts we each play in the coffee journey—from farms that support their farmers, to a roastery like ours taking care to find quality beans and fine-tune their roast profiles, to cafés bringing skill, care and their own recipes to every cup, to home brewers making each brew their very own....of course you may all just like coffee that tastes good 🙌

Meet the newest addition to our specialty coffee lineup: Ethiopia Guji Hambela.

Naturally processed and grown at 2,100 meters, we find our Hambela roast opens with juicy blueberry and the tropical sweetness of ripe Carabao mango, all rounded out by a smooth chocolate finish.

If you enjoyed our Guji Shakiso, think of this Hambela as its somewhat tropical cousin—the same naturally sweet Guji character, with blueberry and mango notes.

Bright, fruit-forward, and beautifully balanced, this is one Ethiopian coffee you’ll want to experience for yourself.

Delicious chocolatey, brown sugar notes, with an often velvety body. An espresso favorite that also tastes great on drip/pour over for those who love more "traditional" coffee flavor notes (no pineapple-jasmine juice-bombs here, just seriously good coffee, well-grown and roasted with love) 💚☕

☕ Newest beans, classic cup ☕

Fun fact: This same model of 6.0 oz cappuccino cup was once a standard in barista competitions, and still meets competition parameters. In the early aughts, when RCC was pioneering specialty coffee in New Jersey, it was attention to details like this that helped it evolve to become a true craft coffee landmark—where barista technique, high quality coffee from quality farms and producers, and specialty association standards weren't trends, they were--and still are--the baseline ✨

📣 Attention Montclair 📣
We are so thrilled to announce that Nuts & Delights Cafe has decided to take their coffee game seriously! They will now be serving specialty grade coffee, selected and roasted with care by us ☕✨ We can't think of a better match for their seriously delicious, handmade Turkish Delights (and other sweets) than a warm cappuccino made with our Ethiopian Konga (although Mustafa's own blend of tea and spices is also a must-try 🙌).
Nuts and Delights is on Bloomfield Ave in Montclair, NJ and while still well-under a year old, they have already become very involved with the local community by promoting the local arts and creative scene, hosting open mics, and more.
