Hi guys! Just wanted to share with you all something strange that happened today. I still don't have any answers as to why. But we had a situation where a customer realized that their card was charged around $8 more. And we did some digging to try to find out. It's very clear that there is an error somewhere along the line but we can't put our finger on it. I was trying to call my customer service rep. it's Saturday, he wasnt in the office. I couldn't get in contact with corporate.. im sad cause we we pretty much treated like we are thieves doing this on purpose, and threatened with bad reviews, all while trying to figure this whole situation out. We would never ever try to take advantage of anyone. This is definitely a situation out of our hands. It's really upsetting and frustrating cause we couldn't contact anyone to see what was going on. We didnt deliberately upcharge anything. I was in shock and so confused as to how this could have happened. We proceeded to refund customer difference in cash. If anyone has experienced this, please let us know so we can escalate this further on Monday.
